Data used by Queue
Queue stores queue settings, ticket status, timestamps, activity records, and optional display names needed to provide the waiting-list service.
No account profile
Queue does not require registration. Access is controlled by high-entropy links. The secret fragment in operator and participant URLs remains in the browser and is sent only in the protected request header.
Optional names
Visitors may leave the name field blank and receive an automatic label. Do not enter health, financial, identity, or other sensitive information as a queue or visitor name.
Technical data and retention
Normal server security logs may contain IP address, time, route, and diagnostic data, but capability secrets must not be logged. With consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions only on public Queue pages. Private queue and management links are excluded. Operational data is retained only as needed for the service and security.
